Return and End-of-Life Policy

Dexty Renew

Through the Dexty Renew programme, devices that have reached the end of their service life (as indicated on the product page) may be returned to Dexty for proper disposal and, where applicable, to access dedicated replacement or renewal programmes. This service is separate from the right of withdrawal, the return policy, and the product warranty.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from receipt of the item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: sealed, never activated, with the safety pin and seal intact, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please write to direzione@aiconitaly.com. Returns must be shipped to the address provided at the time of the request. If the return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid shipping label (via a carrier authorised to transport the product) and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted. For any questions about returns, please contact us at direzione@aiconitaly.com.

Damage and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find any defects, damage, or the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and resolve it. Defects are covered by the warranty and entitle you to a free replacement.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

For safety reasons, units that have been activated, or whose safety seal or pin have been compromised, or that are damaged, are not eligible for return or refund: a pressurised device in such condition cannot be resold. In cases of defect or malfunction, the warranty applies instead. If you are unsure about a specific situation, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate new purchase.

14-day withdrawal period (European Union)

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing any justification. Here too, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it — sealed, never activated, with the seal and safety pin intact, and in its original packaging — and proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days; the time it takes to process may vary depending on your bank or card issuer. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at direzione@aiconitaly.com.
